The Story
About Rise ~ She Embodiment
Rise ~ She Embodiment came home to Manali in May 2026: a small group of up to eight women, five days, and the mountains around Sehar Boutique Stay.
The days moved between the feminine and the masculine within, the stories of goddesses such as Durga and Kali, Quan Yin and Hecate, Hathor and Isis, and the gentle arts of womb healing, movement, breath and intuitive leadership.
The first four days were an initiation. The fifth was a celebration: a visit to the hot springs, a sharing circle and a crowning ceremony, to step back into life feeling seen and whole.
Sister, this is your coronation.

Booking
- A 30% advance confirms your place.
- The balance is due 14 days before the retreat begins.
- Please confirm on WhatsApp first, and pay only after we confirm your place.
If you need to cancel
- 30 days or more before the start
- A full refund of your advance.
- 15 to 29 days before
- 50% of your advance back, or move your place to a future retreat.
- Less than 15 days before
- No refund, but you can move your place once to a retreat within the next 12 months.
- If Sehar cancels
- A full refund of everything you have paid.
