Terms & Conditions

These terms apply when you book or pay for a stay or retreat with us directly.

Who we are

Sehar Hospitality brings together Moksha Stays Kashi, Sehar Boutique Stay & Gallery and Sehar Retreats. They are operated by Sehar Awakening Private Limited (“we”, “us”).

Office: Sehar Boutique Stay, Chachoga, Manali, Himachal Pradesh 175131, India.

Booking with us

Bookings are agreed with us on WhatsApp, by phone or by email. We confirm your dates, room and price before you pay.
Please pay only after we have confirmed. Your booking is confirmed once we have received your payment and told you so.
If you book through Airbnb, Airbnb’s own terms and that listing’s rules apply to the booking.
Please bring a valid government photo ID for every guest, as required by law at check-in. Guests from outside India need their passport and visa.
House rules, check-in and check-out times are shared with you when we confirm your booking.

Retreats

A 30% advance confirms your place.
The balance is due 14 days before the retreat begins.
Please confirm on WhatsApp first, and pay only after we confirm your place.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Indian rupees (₹) and are the amount we agree with you. You can pay in two ways:

UPI, in your own UPI app, to our Axis Bank account. The payee shows as SEHAR BOUTIQUE STAY (Sehar Awakening Private Limited). Please send us a screenshot of the payment.
Online by card (including international cards), netbanking, UPI or wallet. Online payments are processed securely by Razorpay on behalf of Sehar Awakening Private Limited. We never see or store your card or bank details.

Please check the amount before you pay. If an amount paid differs from the agreed price, we will refund the difference or ask you for the balance before confirming.
